РЕЗЮМЕ
В данной статье эмоциональные нарушения у детей, страдающих детским церебральным параличом (ДЦП), рас-
сматриваются как нарушения эмоциональной регуляции поведения и эмоционального развития. Подход основан
на уровневой модели эмоциональной регуляции В.В. Лебединского и М.К. Бардышевской, в которой поведение
привязанности присутствует на всех уровнях активности, отражая различные аспекты отношений ребенка к ма-
тери, разную мотивацию сохранения эмоциональной связи между ними. Проводится сравнительный анализ по-
ведения детей с ДЦП с разными видами привязанности Описан профиль нарушений эмоциональной регуляции
поведения у детей с ДЦП. Обработка результатов наблюдения позволила выявить и описать некоторые характер-
ные паттерны поведения детей с ДЦП в условиях стационарного лечения с матерью, врачами и сверстниками,
показывающие чрезмерную зависимость ребенка с ДЦП от настроения матери, нацеленной на излечение ребенка
и вызванное этим чрезмерное послушание в отношениях с врачом как условие получения тепла и заботы матери.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF ATTACHMENT AND REGULATION OF EMOTIONS IN CHILDREN WITH СEREBRAL PALSY

SUMMARY
In this article, emotional disturbances in children with Сerebral palsy are considered as disturbances in the emotion
regulation of behavior and emotion development. The approach is based on the level model of emotion regulation
by V.V. Lebedinsky and M.K. Bardyshevskaya, in which attachment behavior is present at all levels of activity, reflecting
various aspects of the child’s relationship to the mother, different motivation for maintaining an emotion connection
between them. A comparative analysis of the behavior of children with Сerebral palsy with different types of attachment
is carried out. The profile of violations of emotion regulation of behavior in children with Сerebral palsy is described. The
processing of observation results made it possible to identify and describe some characteristic patterns of behavior of
children with Сerebral palsy in the conditions of inpatient treatment with the mother, doctors and peers, showing the
excessive dependence of the child with Сerebral palsy on the mood of the mother, aimed at curing the child and the
resulting excessive obedience in the relationship with the doctor as a condition receiving warmth and care of the mother.
